Production Technician

We are looking for an experienced Production Technician with a strong background in wiring and electrical assembly to join an exciting and fast paced production environment.

Key responsibilities as a Production Technician:

• High Voltage and/or Low Voltage wiring and electrical assembly
• Building and assembling wiring looms
• Pre-production manufacture and preparation of wiring looms
• Assembly and installation of High Voltage components
• Bolting and mechanically securing High Voltage components together
• Following technical drawings, wiring diagrams and production specifications
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship

Ideal background, as a Production Technician:

• Experience working within a production/manufacturing environment
• Automotive, electric vehicle (EV), high-voltage (HV) or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience would be highly advantageous
• Practical experience with High Voltage/Low Voltage wiring and loom manufacture
• Comfortable working with hand tools and electrical/mechanical assembly
• Good understanding of safe working practices around High Voltage systems
• Must be able to drive, with access to a car due to the site location
