We’re recruiting for a Production Controller to join an established engineering and manufacturing business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys coordinating production, managing schedules and ensuring orders are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring production schedules.
• Coordinating with manufacturing, procurement and supply chain teams.
• Ensuring materials and stock are available.
• Tracking production progress and delivery targets.
• Identifying and resolving production delays.
• Maintaining accurate production documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement activities.
• Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Production Control, Planning or a similar role.
• Background in engineering or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
