Rate: £22 per hour – Outside IR35 (Ltd Company)
Duration: 3–6 Months

ReeVR Talent are currently recruiting for experienced Composite Laminators to join an established composites manufacturer based in Melton Mowbray.

We have a minimum of five contract opportunities available for skilled laminators with a strong background in pre-preg carbon fibre, ideally gained within the automotive, motorsport or high-performance manufacturing sectors.

This is a great opportunity to work on specialist composite components within a busy production environment, with an initial contract of 3–6 months.

 The Role:

• Carrying out pre-preg carbon fibre laminating to high-quality standards.

• Working with composite materials and moulds to produce precision components.

• Following technical drawings, layup instructions and manufacturing specifications.

• Maintaining excellent standards of quality and attention to detail.

• Working to production deadlines while maintaining consistency and accuracy.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in composite laminating.

• Strong pre-preg carbon fibre experience.

• Previous automotive, motorsport or high-performance composites experience preferred.

• Confident working from technical drawings and layup specifications.

• Able to work to production targets and maintain high standards of workmanship.
