QMS ENGINEER / MANAGER£50,000 FTE £30,000 PRO RATA 3 DAYS PER WEEK ONLY

We’re looking for an experienced QHSE Engineer / Manager to take ownership of an established management system and drive continued improvement across Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be ticking boxes.

You’ll have the autonomy to maintain, challenge and improve the way QHSE operates across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Managing the established ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Integrated Business Management System
• Planning and delivering internal audits
• Supporting external accreditation audits
• Developing and improving processes, procedures and work instructions
• Monitoring and analysing QHSE KPIs
• Supporting Management Review Meetings
• Managing internal and supplier non-conformances
• Analysing customer satisfaction and complaints
• Liaising with customers and suppliers on QHSE compliance
• Supporting facilities and maintenance activities
• Identifying opportunities for continual improvement

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll be an experienced Quality / QHSE professional who can hit the ground running.

You’ll need:

• 3 years’ Quality leadership experience
• Strong QMS experience
• Proven internal auditing experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Strong understanding of compliance, regulations and legislation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and organisational ability
