Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge — but want flexibility around your working days?
We’re supporting a growing business in Battle looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of their HR function.
Part-time applications are welcomed, with flexibility around which days you work.
The Role, as a HR Manager
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day HR function, working closely with managers and employees across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing employee relations matters
• Advising and supporting managers
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Performance management
• HR policies and procedures
• Learning & development
• Employee engagement
• HR compliance and legislation
• Supporting wider people projects

About You, as a HR Manager
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with:

• Strong generalist HR experience
• Good knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Solid employee relations experience
• Confidence advising managers
• Excellent communication skills
• A practical, hands-on approach
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
