We’re looking for a Chief Estimator to take ownership of our clients estimating function, lead a high-performing team, and play a key role in securing and delivering major projects within a specialist manufacturing and security environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing the estimating team
• Owning the tender process from enquiry through to submission
• Developing winning pricing strategies
• Managing supplier and subcontractor relationships
• Identifying commercial and technical risks
• Working closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams

What We’re Looking For

• Strong estimating experience within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication
• Previous leadership experience
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills
• Strong understanding of UK tendering and construction processes
• A proactive leader who enjoys improving processes and challenging the status quo
