Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking to join an innovative technology business that is helping to shape the future of home heating?
Our client is a rapidly growing clean technology company developing cutting-edge low-carbon heating solutions for the UK residential market. As demand continues to grow, they are seeking a Service Engineer to join their Customer Operations team and support customers across London, the South East and the East of England.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience servicing domestic heating products who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role of the Service Engineer
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and diagnosing faults on innovative heating systems installed in customers’ homes. You will become a product specialist, working closely with customers, installers and internal technical teams to ensure products perform to the highest standards.
