Temporary Part-Time Customer Service Administrator – Haddenham
Looking for a flexible role around the school run? We’re recruiting for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business in Haddenham on a 2–3 month temporary contract, starting ASAP.
You’ll be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, updating internal systems, coordinating with internal departments, supporting customer accounts and providing general administrative support to the commercial team.
We’re looking for someone with previous customer service or administration experience, strong communication skills, good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office. Experience within manufacturing, engineering or order processing would be highly beneficial, with candidates who have worked within an engineering manufacturing environment particularly encouraged to apply.
Pro-rata salary based on £26,000 – £28,000 (£13.33 – £14.36 an hour)
