I’m recruiting for a growing engineering business looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join their team!

The Role: You’ll be assembling, installing and testing complex mechanical systems and precision equipment.

Key duties for a Mechanical Technician include:

• Mechanical assembly and installation
• Tube bending and pipe fitting
• Working with hydraulic systems
• Reading engineering drawings
• Testing and commissioning equipment
• Fault-finding and resolving mechanical issues

What We’re Looking For in a Mechanical Technician:

• Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Technician or Assembly Technician experience
• Hands-on tube bending, pipe fitting and hydraulic experience
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with pumps, valves or precision assemblies is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
