We are recruiting for a Graduate Electronics Engineer to join a growing and innovative engineering organisation based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills, work alongside experienced engineers, and build a long-term career within a supportive team environment.

The Role

As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you will support the engineering team with electronic component management and technical activities, including:

• Reviewing BOMs, datasheets and technical documentation.
• Supporting electronic component selection and approval.
• Assisting with risk assessments and engineering reports.
• Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality and Procurement teams.
• Supporting design reviews and project activities.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• A degree, HNC or HND in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• A Year in Industry, placement year or relevant industrial experience (essential).
• Knowledge of electronic components and engineering principles.
• Experience working with BOMs, datasheets or spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience within aerospace, space or high-reliability electronics would be advantageous but is not essential.
