Working with leading architects, contractors and fabrication teams, you’ll help bring innovative concepts to life, including bespoke metalwork, interior finishes and architectural lighting solutions.

This varied CAD Designer role offers a 60% design and 40% project management split, with regular London site visits, client meetings and the opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to installation.

Key Responsibilities of a CAD Designer:

• Producing detailed CAD drawings and bespoke designs using AutoCAD.
• Managing your own CAD design workload from initial concept through to manufacture.
• Developing architectural metalwork, sheet metalwork and interior design solutions.
• Producing fabrication drawings and ensuring designs are practical and buildable.
• Working closely with fabrication teams to resolve technical design issues.
• Liaising with clients, architects and contractors to develop strong working relationships.
• Carrying out site surveys and coordinating with installation teams.
• Supporting project planning, scheduling and labour management.
• Reporting to the Design Manager and Director.

What We’re Looking For in a CAD Designer:

• 2 years’ experience in CAD design, architectural metalwork, sheet metalwork or joinery design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience producing technical drawings, detailed CAD designs and fabrication drawings.
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to translate concepts into practical, manufacturable designs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
• A proactive, ambitious approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
