We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer who thrives on solving problems, building customer relationships, and delivering results under pressure. You’ll be based in the UK, but your work will take you far and wide – typically travelling for 2–3 weeks at a time, and spending the majority of your working year overseas.

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing and commissioning high-speed industrial machinery at customer sites worldwide
• Delivering operator and technical training to customers and service teams
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults, both remotely and on-site
• Testing and fine-tuning equipment before shipment
• Collaborating with product development teams to improve and innovate

What you’ll bring:

• Solid hands-on experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining large CAPEX or FMCG equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills (able to read schematics)
• A professional, customer-focused approach – even under pressure
• Confidence delivering technical training
• A genuine enthusiasm for technology, travel, and working with diverse cultures
