We’re on the lookout for a driven, confident, and ambitious sales professional to take charge of a thriving territory across the North of England, the Midlands, and Scotland. If you’re someone who thrives on autonomy, knows how to build trust, and gets a buzz from turning conversations into sales—you’ll love this role.

What you’ll do:

• Be the face of the brand across your region, from Greater Manchester to Glasgow

• Build strong, lasting relationships with key industry contacts and decision-makers

• Present ideas that spark interest, open doors, and win projects

• Follow through from pitch to close—your success is in your hands

• Travel regularly to meet clients, with flexibility to manage your week your way

• Track your activity and pipeline—your performance will speak for itself

• £40–45K base salary (DOE)

• Uncapped commission – up to £5K/year on monthly targets annual team bonus of up to £5K

You’re perfect for this if you:

• Have at least 4 years in sales, account management, or territory management

• Are confident presenting and building rapport with everyone from consultants to contractors

• Love a challenge, are naturally curious, and enjoy learning about products and projects

• Are well-organised, goal-focused, and self-motivated to go above and beyond

• Bonus: any experience in technical, design, or construction-related sales is a huge plus
