What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and building custom jigs, fixtures, and tools to improve production

• Writing clear, practical build instructions and process documents

• Working closely with production teams to solve technical issues and refine methods

• Supporting training and development of technicians across the floor

• Getting involved in product design reviews and suggesting manufacturing improvements

• Taking part in investigations when things go wrong – and helping to make sure they don’t happen again

• Playing a key role in maintaining high quality, safety, and compliance standards

What you’ll bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in a production or technical role (apprenticeship-trained or similar)

• A good understanding of engineering drawings and basic wiring diagrams

• A practical, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail

• Willingness to learn CAD (Autodesk Inventor experience is a bonus)

• A self-starting attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly or epoxies is a plus—but not essential
