The Role: Supplier Quality Engineer
Are you a problem-solver with an eye for precision and a passion for quality? Join a powerhouse Quality team as a Supplier Quality Engineer, where you’ll take charge of supplier performance, tackle complex compliance challenges, and play a critical role in ensuring excellence from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and manage strong, quality-first supplier relationships across the globe

• Lead supplier audits and performance assessments to AS9100, ISO 9001, and beyond

• Drive root cause analysis and RCCA for any supplier non-conformances

• Partner with engineering, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues

• Support new supplier onboarding, PPAP, FAI, and qualification processes

• Champion supply chain risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

Solid experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Engineering in a regulated industry

Strong working knowledge of dealing with both electronic and mechanical suppliers 

• Proven ability to audit and influence international suppliers

• Sharp analytical skills, strong communication, and a team-first mindset

• Technical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) in engineering or a related field
