Senior Quality Engineer – Lead Excellence in Quality Across Global Operations

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a dynamic Quality team across multiple locations

• Own the Quality Management System, maintaining key certifications like ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 

• Drive a culture where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are embedded in everyday operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability.

• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and fostering trust with customers and regulatory bodies.

• Oversee corrective and preventative actions, championing rapid resolution and data-driven quality metrics.

• Support supplier assessments and warranty claim management, ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in quality engineering, with at least 5 years in quality roles and 2 years in senior role 

• Solid experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards

• Strong coaching skills to mentor your team toward peak performance and professional growth.

• Ability to work across multiple sites and build strong relationships to drive quality initiatives.

• Commercially aware, with a keen eye on cost efficiency and minimizing waste.

• Qualification as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or equivalent experience.

• Degree-level engineering or manufacturing background preferred.
