Production Controller – High Wycombe Engineering / Manufacturing

In this pivotal role, you’ll:
Coordinate production schedules and monitor workflow to meet strict quality and delivery targets.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely material availability.
Track inventory to avoid shortages or overstock, and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot delays, and keep stakeholders informed.
Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001.
Support continuous improvement by analysing production data and suggesting optimisations.
