Key Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools, soldering irons, and work instructions to assemble electromechanical components
• Communicate progress and quality concerns with supervisors
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and 5S policies
• Participate in training for additional skills and equipment use as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings
• Skilled in hand tools and soldering

Desired Skills:

• Experience with measurement equipment (volt meters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Proficiency with Word and Excel or equivalent software
