The Role:

• Lead mechanical design for complex mechanisms using SolidWorks 3D CAD.
• Perform engineering analysis (stress, fatigue, vibration) to ensure performance and reliability.
• Oversee the full design lifecycle – from concept through to production.
• Collaborate with electronics, control, and drive system teams to integrate high-precision components.
• Support testing, production, and field engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to deliver world-class engineering solutions.

What You Need:

✔ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Strong experience in complex mechanical design and precision engineering.
✔ Expertise in SolidWorks and hands-on engineering calculations.
✔ Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive projects forward.
✔ Experience in machining, casting, fabrication, and motion control systems.
✔ Background in defence, R&D, special-purpose machinery, or high-end manufacturing (desirable).
