Sales Coordinator
£28,000–£32,000 Manufacturing Maidenhead – On-site
We’re recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in account management or sales within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Account Managers with day-to-day customer orders and enquiries
Assist with quotations, margin checks, and commercial administration
Help coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI), including part creation and BOM management
Monitor order progress and provide updates to internal teams and customers
Assist with RMA processing and customer service follow-ups
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
About You:
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Keen to learn and develop towards an Account Manager or Business Development role
Willingness to work on-site and occasionally travel to customers or other company sites
Interest in manufacturing.
This is a fully on-site role, offering hands-on experience across the full customer lifecycle and excellent opportunities for progression within a growing, dynamic team.
