What You’ll Do:
Act as a key point of contact for sales enquiries, responding promptly to emails and calls.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide detailed support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the wider sales team to follow up.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible sales experience for customers.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports to support the sales function.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a genuine interest in sales.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team.
Organised, proactive, and adaptable, with an eye for detail.
Excellent written, oral, and listening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience with sales administration, ERP/MRP systems, or order processing is desirable.
