What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (8D, FMEA, CAPA, NCRs)
• 2 plus years working in a similar level role within a manufacturing environment where you deal with electronic, electrical and mechanical components/material
• Eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Organised, proactive, and great at juggling priorities
• Strong communicator who thrives in a cross-functional team environment

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspecting and monitoring manufacturing processes to make sure everything ticks like clockwork
• Investigating defects and process hiccups using RCA, 5 Whys, and 8D problem-solving methods
• Supporting testing and data traceability to ensure our electronics pass with flying colours
• Keeping our quality documentation sharp—control plans, SOPs, work instructions, and records
