Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a dynamic team in West London. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and elevating product quality, working closely with production teams and suppliers to ensure every product meets rigorous standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of products, components, and assemblies.

• Use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances and dimensions.

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with suppliers to monitor and improve quality performance.

• Analyse quality data to proactively identify trends and improve processes.

• Prepare accurate documentation, test reports, and quality performance updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Inspector role within manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of inspection methods, measuring tools, and interpreting engineering drawings.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa).

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Quality-related certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
