Are you passionate about quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We’re looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join a dynamic operations team in Uxbridge, driving operational quality standards and ensuring every product meets exacting customer expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
Act as the daily point of contact for all operational quality matters
Monitor and report on quality metrics including customer escapes, scrap rates, and inspection turnaround
Champion a “right first time” and quality-first culture across the production floor
Lead investigations into root causes, develop corrective actions, and embed long-term quality improvements
Manage the non-conformance process (NCRs, MRB) and ensure timely, effective closure
Refine inspection processes and control plans to boost in-line quality and reduce returns
Inspire teams to take ownership of quality through collaboration and accountability
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Proven experience in quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods
Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to excellence
Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
