Our client are a innovative manufacturer/supplier in a fast paced and innovative environment, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and solutions to their clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our production team.
Job Description:
As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of electrical and mechanical components into finished products, subassemblies, or systems according to specifications. You will work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure products meet required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electro-mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly drawings/schematics
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, and cable assembly as required
Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled products
Ensure quality standards and procedures are consistently followed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report any issues or inconsistencies in a timely manner
Requirements:
Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly (minimum [X] years)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring schematics
Experience with hand tools and small power tools
Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
Preferred Qualifications (not essential):
Experience with wiring, brazing, or coil winding
Familiarity with small batch or custom assembly work
Previous exposure to quality-controlled production environments
