Operations Director

We are looking for an Operations Director who thrives in complexity, enjoys building order out of growth, and knows how to turn a manufacturing and engineering environment into a high-performing, scalable, and controlled engine for delivery. You won’t just be running an existing model — you will be designing, improving, and scaling it.

This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of a growing life sciences manufacturing business where new products, evolving demand, and operational expansion are all happening at pace. You will take ownership of a site that must continuously evolve from production flow and layout design, through to capability, compliance, and leadership culture.

Your leadership impact

You will be the most senior operational leader on site, setting the tone for performance, discipline, and continuous improvement.

You’ll lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring strong leadership capability at every level of the organisation. Just as importantly, you’ll build a culture where accountability, engagement, and operational pride are the norm — not the exception.

You’ll work closely with HR, engineering, quality, supply chain, and senior leadership to ensure alignment across the full value chain.
