An innovative technology business, based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced Electrical and Software Engineering Manager to lead and develop their growing engineering teams. This is a senior-level role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on high-specification projects delivered to global clients across sectors including aerospace, energy, and advanced manufacturing.

The Role

As Electrical and Software Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the electrical and software engineering teams.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical and software solutions for complex engineering projects.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Collaborate with mechanical, production, and project management teams to align technical objectives with business goals.

• Drive process improvements, resource planning, and compliance with industry standards.

• Provide regular updates and technical leadership to senior management.

What We’re Looking For as an Electrical and Software Manager:

• Proven experience managing or leading electrical and software engineering teams.

• Strong technical background in electrical engineering, control systems, and software development.

• Track record of delivering complex engineering projects successfully.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop multi-disciplinary engineers.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
