• Deep experience in low-volume, high-precision machining or complex production

• Strong knowledge of lean methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement

• Sharp commercial acumen—you understand how the numbers drive the narrative

• First-class leadership skills, with a coaching style that builds confident, capable teams

• A commitment to operational safety, technical excellence, and customer focus

• Experience using ERP systems to drive productivity and visibility

• A clear understanding of how to align strategy with the day-to-day—and get results
